Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These T&Cs govern the relationship between Mirchi Masala and its customers for the sale of natural products and spices. Acceptance of the T&Cs is required to make a purchase.

2. Product Description

Products are described on the website as accurately as possible. However, photos are not contractual and may differ slightly from actual products.

Composition and quality: All our products are 100% natural and authentic. Composition details are available on each product page.

3. Pricing

Prices displayed on the site are in Ariary (Ar) and include all taxes. Mirchi Masala reserves the right to change prices at any time.

Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and weight. They are displayed before checkout confirmation.

4. Order and Validation

The order is validated after payment. An order confirmation will be sent by email with a tracking number.

Mirchi Masala reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the following cases:

• Product unavailable
• Invalid payment data
• Non-compliance with terms of use

5. Delivery Time

Delivery times are provided for information purposes only. Mirchi Masala strives to ship orders within 2-5 business days.

Delivery time depends on your location:

• Madagascar: 2-3 days
• Africa: 5-10 days
• International: 10-20 days

6. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with the law, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.

Conditions:

• The product must be returned in its original packaging
• In perfect condition and unused
• With all original elements

7. Refund

After receipt and verification of the returned product, the refund will be made within 14 days to the account used for the initial payment. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

8. Legal Warranty

All our products benefit from the legal 2-year conformity warranty from the date of purchase, in accordance with consumer protection law.

9. Payment Methods
